Watch those lines!!

Human shows many different expressions from their emotions. An expression indicates our mood and it’s almost impossible to avoid it.

These expressions also indicate our response. We squint when the light is too bright, laugh to funny jokes, raise our brows on surprises, smile sheepishly when we are in love and etc.

Some of us are unaware that these expression form lines on our face. They can be around your forehead, in between your brows, eyes and lips. These lines can make you look older.

Even on your lower part of your face, there are few types of lines from your expression such as nasobial, buccolabial and mentolabial fold. These lines can be deeper as you age especially when they are not taken care of. Therefore, it is very important to take care of your skin to keep it looking young and youthful. Without those nasty lines, it really does make a lot of difference!
Here are some tips to watch those lines:
1. Observe Your Face
It’s alright to be obsessed with your skin every 4-5 days. Look around your face for lines and other impurities with a mirror. Try to keep your face still when looking into the mirror, this way it’s easier to spot which areas should be treated.
2. Skin Care
Keeping your skin hydrated is very important because dry skin tend to form lines easily. When your skin is hydrated, it’s stays supple and smooth. Do consider on anti-aging products, remember prevention is better than cure. You can start with anti-aging products as early as late 10s or early 20s. I recommend using serum or essence as the formula is much concentrated. Treating your skin with mask every 2-3 days will benefit your skin and oh, don’t forget your sunblock too!
3. Spot Treatments
Some of us can be too busy with our daily life and unfortunately, the lines have formed without you noticing. It’s still not too late, just as long as you do not ignore it. There are such treatments like wrinkle filler or topical retinoid to save your skin. Otherwise, you can try using your anti-aging serum or essence to spot treat.
4. Face Massage
Many assume that oil can be too rich or clog pores but if you select the right oil, you will definitely benefit from it. By massaging your face, it helps to promote blood circulation, relax muscles, releases toxin, reduces wrinkles and give your skin a healthy glow. Can’t find massage oil? Try essential oil such as lavender, rosemarry, carrot seed or patchouli that helps to fight wrinkles.
5. Healthy Diet
Fruits and vegetables are the natural source of nutritions, vitamins and anti-oxidant properties. It gives the purest ingredient when you consume them directly. Try to have them daily to keep that awesome goodness flowing into your system.
