So let’s get started with this How To Make up tip!

Have you ever gotten an eyeliner which easily smudges?
Well this make up tip will help prolong eyeline make up and lessen the chances of you getting panda eyes! Try applying eye shadow on top of your eye liner to set it!
Use a fine brush for this to achieve a clean eyemake look!

 
Normal Eyeliner (Not smudge or water proof!)

Used the same eyeliner but this time I topped it off with black eye shadow.

Let the smudging begin!~
 
Left: Eyeliner only. Right: Eyeliner + Black eye shadow.

As you could see the one on the right is less smudged!
The color or the intensity of the line is still there :D

While the one on the left is really smudged and the color transfers to the whole area @,@

Left eye: Eyeliner only. Right eye: Eyeliner + Black eye shadow.

After just one quick swipe of the finger the eyeliner is almost gone ~,
~ And made the area darker~

Not really good if you want clean eye makeup!!!

On the other hand, the eye shadow helped make the eye liner more resistant to smudging!

The combination of eyeliner and eye shadow makes the eye makeup more subtle and natural compared to using just an eyeliner :)
The eye shadow actually softens the look!

So it works on a simple eyeliner look!
But how will it fare on a more dramatic eye makeup?!

Same eyeliner without eye shadow to set it! Instantly gives a smoky eye!
(Which I am not aiming for! @,@)

PANDA!!! @.@ It already smudged after putting it on for less than five minutes!!!

Same eyeliner but now I got to set it with black eye shadow! :D
Cleaner eyemake without the panda eyes :»>

You could also try different combinations like a brown eyeliner topped off with black eye shadow :D
This trick could also work for gel liners that could be smudgy :D
